The Skating Rink and Skate Path are Open
Bring your friends and family over for a skate at our rink – it’s a great afternoon or evening activity when we get those lovely Chinooks. And, try out our new skate path that was built on the dry pond this winter. It’s a good workout – a little rough in places, but tons of fun.
Thanks so much to the great group of volunteers that built the path and maintain it and the rink. If you’d like to volunteer as a ‘Rink Rat’, just send your details to Rob at firstname.lastname@example.org
The Legion #289
Have you visited your local branch of the Legion yet? It’s on the lower level of the Hall (2828 28th St) and it’s a great place to meet neighbours for a drink and celebrate special days in Canada’s history.
