Meet Your Instructor: Jody McKellar
Jody brings warmth and wisdom to every class. A certified yoga and mindfulness teacher for both kids and adults, Jody is also a licensed Alberta elementary school teacher. With nearly 12 years of personal practice and 5 years of teaching experience, she blends breathwork, mindful movement, and meditation into a balanced, accessible flow.
Her approach to yoga is rooted in growth, discovery, and inner balance—on and off the mat. When she’s not guiding a class, Jody enjoys mountain adventures, cycling, camping, and hanging out with her lovable dog, Sadie. Core / Pilates
Back pain? Sedentary lifestyle? Ready to get into a routine and be stronger?
Building core strength is one of the best gifts you can give your body, and Core is a fun, interactive and challenging, 60-minute group activity designed for adults of all fitness levels.
Lynn C. Cox guides you through core conditioning training she’s been practicing with her Kung Fu over a decade. It is an accessible class, requires few props, and is designed to build core strength, community, and a solid routine.
About Core:
10 weekly classes on Tuesday evenings

There will be a one week break, date to be announced.

Meet your Instructor
Lynn C. Cox is a certified yoga teacher and Clinical Hypnotherapist who specializes in helping people quickly and naturally experience change. Her areas of specialty include weight loss, building confidence, smashing stress and optimizing performance with healthy habits.
She integrates yoga and marital arts principles and practices with clients who are seeking to supercharge health, vitality and energy. She is a strong believer that to have a healthy mind and emotional state, you also need a healthy, pain-free body.
She’s been a certified as a yoga instructor since 2012 and has been training with her Kung Fu teacher for more than 12 years. She started delivering 1-1 martial arts training in 2019 and loves to lead people through fun, interactive and challenging classes.
Her, her husband and fur-baby have been living in Killarney for more than two years and they love the community!

Meet Cass Hogman our new skating instructor! Cass is passionate about helping kids build confidence and have fun on the ice.
She moved to Alberta in 2021 to attend SAIT, where she completed her Dental Assisting program while competing for the SAIT Trojans women’s hockey team. With nearly 25 years of hockey experience and 3 years of coaching, Cass brings both knowledge and enthusiasm to every lesson.
Cass has coached U13 girls hockey and holds her referee certification, giving her a strong understanding of skill development and safe play. She takes a calm, patient, and positive approach to teaching, focusing on strong skating fundamentals and building skills step by step. Cass believes that learning should be fun, and that a strong foundation helps young skaters succeed, whether they dream of playing sports or just simply enjoying being on the ice.
When she’s not skating, Cass enjoys ceramics, camping, and spending time with friends. She’s dedicated to creating a welcoming environment where every child feels supported, proud of their progress, and excited to keep learning!
