Biggie’s Glizzies Food Truck: 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM

Enjoy a menu of premium smoked hot dogs, sausages, and wings — all prepared using small-batch recipes, house-made buns, and scratch-made toppings. This is street food elevated, made with care and packed with flavor.

High Fitness is back every Monday from 5:50-6:50PM at the KGCA Hall.

High fitness is a dynamic and fun group fitness class set to your favourite music from all genres. The class caters to all fitness levels, ensuring everyone can join in. Whether you're seeking a challenge or simply want to enjoy fitness in a lively atmosphere, this class is ideal for you! Make sure to wear comfortable clothing, bring indoor shoes, and have a water bottle ready.

Class begins April 7 and ends June 23. There is no class on April 21 and May 19.

Yoga on Mondays continues! Join us from 7:05 to 8:05PM for yoga at the KGCA Hall.

In this class you’ll enjoy breathwork, flow-style postures, and mindfulness meditations. Whether you practice regularly or are a seasoned practitioner, this gentle flow class is for you. Class begins April 7 and ends June 23. There is no class on April 21 and May 19.

Meet Your Instructor:

Jody McKellar is a certified yoga and mindfulness teacher for both children and adults, as well as an Alberta-certified elementary teacher. With nearly 12 years of personal practice and 5 years of teaching experience, Jody is passionate about the physical, mental, and emotional benefits of yoga. She believes everyone has the potential to grow and uses yoga as a holistic educational tool.

In her classes, Jody offers breathwork, flow-style postures, and mindfulness meditations. She views yoga as a means for growth, discovery, and achieving balance in life. When she’s not teaching, you might find Jody biking, hiking, camping in the mountains, or playing with her family dog, Sadie!
