Meet your Instructor Jordan Hoover
I am a husband and father of two with over 15 years of experience in yoga, meditation, and contemplative practice. My journey began shortly after high school with studies in reiki and herbalism at the Wild Rose College of Natural Healing, followed by formal yoga training, where I experienced meaningful physical, emotional, and psychological benefits from postural, breathing, and energetic practices. Over the past decade, my focus has deepened toward exploring mind, cognition, self‑identity, being, and awareness through meditation, contemplation, and study, transforming how I relate to myself, others, and the world. I value a multi‑layered approach to practice and teaching that integrates body, emotion, cognition, and awareness, and as a lifelong student, I strive to teach from direct, embodied experience in ways that are grounded, relevant, and applicable to everyday life.
