Get Moving with High Fitness โ Mondays at KGCA Hall!
Join us every Monday from 5:50โ6:50 PM at KGCA Hall for an energizing and upbeat High Fitness class!
Set to a mix of your favorite hits from all genres, this high-energy group workout is designed for all fitness levelsโwhether youโre just starting out or looking for a fun challenge. Expect an hour of movement, motivation, and music in a lively, inclusive atmosphere.

Come unwind and recharge every Monday from 7:05 to 8:05 PM at KGCA Hall with our gentle-flow yoga class.
Whether you're just starting your yoga journey or have years of experience, this welcoming class is designed to meet you where you are.
The series runs from March 30 - June 22, with 12 sessions total.

Meet Your Instructor: Jody McKellar
Jody brings warmth and wisdom to every class. A certified yoga and mindfulness teacher for both kids and adults, Jody is also a licensed Alberta elementary school teacher. With nearly 12 years of personal practice and 5 years of teaching experience, she blends breathwork, mindful movement, and meditation into a balanced, accessible flow.
Her approach to yoga is rooted in growth, discovery, and inner balanceโon and off the mat. When sheโs not guiding a class, Jody enjoys mountain adventures, cycling, camping, and hanging out with her lovable dog, Sadie. Wednesday Yoga Spring 2026
Flow Into Spring with Wednesday Evening Yoga
Join us at KGCA Hall every Wednesday from 7:30โ8:30 PM for a nourishing hour of yoga designed to reconnect you with your breath and body. Each class offers a gentle, flowing sequence with space to explore deeper variations of posesโperfect for winding down midweek.
All levels are welcome, whether you're new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner.
